How to upload Verified Bank Statement of College in UUCMS Portal online | Admission UG
In this article we will discuss about how to upload a verified bank statement of college by the principal or college admin in Step by step process.2. Click on College/PG Center
3. Type The College Admin's username, password and fill the captcha then click on login button.
4. You will see the college Admin's dashboard, then go to Administration, then click on Details for online payment account.
5. You will see a new dashboard that you have to click on Create New Application button.
6. You will see a NSDL form. You have to fill this all details correctly.
How to fill NSDL Form by the principal or college admin.
8. What should I write in Entity Name in UUCMS College portal online?
Answer : You should enter University name, that is DAVANGERE UNIVERSITY, DAVANGERE.
9. Payment Mode : RTGS/NEFT/Account Transfer.
10. What should I write in Beneficiary Name in UUCMS College portal website?
Answer : You should write Account Holder Name mentioned in particular Principal's Bank Passbook.
11. What should I select in Beneficiary Bank Name in UUCMS College Admin's Portal?
Answer : You Should write that particular Principal's Bank Name (college bank name).
12. Then write the complete address of the Bank where account is held (your Bank address).
13. Enter your Principal's or College's Bank Account Number.
14. In RTGS IFSC Code you have to write your bank's IFSC Code.
15. In NEFT IFSC Code you have to write your bank's IFSC Code.
16. What should I select Service Name in UUCMS College Admin's Portal?
Answers : If you are Running Post Graduate then select Admission PG or If you are Running Undergraduate, then select Admission UG.
17. What should I write Organization or Department Name in UUCMS College Admin's Portal?
Answer : You Should write your College Name.
18. Select your particular State Name.
19. Below that Thanks and Regards, You get Name Column, you should write The Principal Name and you should write Principal in Designation box.
20. After that you will see below bank details declaration line, then click on print button.
21. Take that printout form, visit your Bank that mentioned in this form, then take the Signature and seal of that Bank.
22. After that make PDF of that form.
23. Once again you have to fill this form properly, then make PDF of Cancelled cheque, then you should upload first Cancelled Cheque and then upload signed NSDL Form Document.
24. Then Click on declaration button - original copy of NSDL form should also be sent to NSDL address that mentioned in this form.
25. Then click on Submit.
Congratulations you submitted form successfully. Then you see window that shows existing application details status pending, this will approve in 48 hours.
